Once you reach out, we’ll set up a relaxed phone call to chat about your wedding plans, photography vision, and any questions you have. This is a great time for us to connect, get to know each other, and ensure we’re a great fit!
Initial Phone Call
To secure your date, you'll sign a contract and submit your retainer. From there, I’ll work with you to create a wedding timeline and shot list, ensuring everything is in place for a stress-free, seamless photography experience on your wedding day.
Booking & Planning
Wedding day is all about love, laughter, and celebration! I’ll capture every heartfelt moment — big and small — while keeping things natural, fun, and relaxed. I’ll gently guide you into flattering poses when needed and otherwise capture candid moments while blending in seamlessly with your loved ones and enjoying the day alongside you!

I'll send you a collection of sneak peek images within 72 hours so you can relive all the excitement right away! Behind the scenes, I’ll be meticulously editing your full gallery, ensuring every image is meaningful, polished, and as pretty as can be.
Editing & Sneak Peeks
You’ll receive your final gallery within 6 weeks — often sooner! Your high resolution images will be housed in a beautifully designed online gallery, complete with personalized slideshow. And not to worry, you'll be able to share your gallery with friends and family and they'll be able to download your images as well!

You won’t be flooded with an overwhelming number of images. Instead, I focus on delivering 50-75 carefully curated, high-impact images per hour of shooting. Each photo is chosen to reflect the love and energy of your day, with a final gallery that’s cohesive and meaningful to you as a couple.
Absolutely! I love exploring new places and capturing weddings all across Western Montana and beyond. There may be a small travel fee for weddings more than 75 miles outside of Missoula, primarily to cover travel and lodging if an overnight stay is required.
Booking is easy! Just reach out through my Contact form, and I’ll get back to you quickly to schedule a complimentary phone call. Once you’re ready to reserve your date, we’ll sign a contract, and you’ll make your initial 50% retainer payment to lock in your wedding day. I offer flexible payment plans as well — just ask!
I take great care with my editing to make sure you're images are polished to perfection. All images have basic adjustments to exposure, contrast, and color. I remove minor distractions and blemishes, and can retouch specific images for an additional fee, if desired.
Definitely! If you have Pinterest boards (or any other inspiration photos), I’d love to see them! I enjoy working together to bring your vision to life. We can even create a personalized “mood board” to ensure I capture the exact vibe and style you're envisioning for your wedding photos.
Montana can have unpredictable weather, but please know that we can create beautiful images no matter the weather. Rain or shine, I’m committed to capturing all the beautiful, candid moments that make your wedding day unique. Snow, rain, sunshine — they all add extra character and charm to your photos!
