This Missoula pet photographer happens to be a cat person, though I've got love for all animals. I can only credit this to my beloved tuxedo, Lucky, who taught me how to truly connect with animals, on both an emotional and psychic level. How can our pets be so precious and shower us with so much love~ yet only be with us for such a short period of time?

I cherish the photos I have of Lucky, especially the black and white portrait I'm holding here, which I have on my nightstand and see every night before I go to bed. Looking at the photo every night helps me stay connected to him even though he's no longer physically present.
